REGISTRATION FEES AND POLICIES

  • Conference registration covers the proceedings, gala-dinner, all co-located conferences and workshops, and attending all Keynotes.
  • Main conference and workshops papers need a full registration. Otherwise, the paper will be exculded from the proceedings.

  • Registration Fees in US dollars
  • Registration Fees excluding 3% Banking Process Fee
  • Extra charge 5% may be added after the Registration Date
  • Second paper: 50% discount

Invitation Letter 

  • Letters will be only given to individuals with an accepted paper and/or that have paid the full registration fee
  • In order to obtain a letter of invitation for visa purposes, you must have an accepted paper and/or a full registration for the conference first, then please contact IS-HIS Team at: [email protected]

Cancellation Policy

  • All refund/cancellation requests must be received by August 25th, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of 10% of the registration deducted from each refund.

We are pleased to inform all participants that IS-HIS 2025 registration fees are specially discounted compared to the joint conferences and workshops, including ICCNS 2025. This discounted rate aims to promote greater participation and accessibility for researchers and professionals in the field.

Camera Ready 

  • Authors of accepted papers at IS-HIS 2025 must follow the official ICCNS 2025 Camera-Ready Guidelines to ensure proper submission and IEEE Xplore indexing.
  • All camera-ready papers must be submitted via the PayQlick System
  • At least one author must be registered to present the paper.
